With Jes, I became more aware and learned so much. Thanks to IMH coaching I have developed a greater awareness. I now know how to feed myself in order to reduce my symptoms. It took me 17 years of battling an undiagnosed and misdiagnosed hormonal mood disorder (PMDD) to find relief from my symptoms like mood swings, fatigue, paranoia, & rage. 

My story is probably just like yours. 

I was deep in self-sabotage mode for 2 weeks out of every month, and despite trying to find answers through allopathic medicine, I would leave each doctor appointment feeling more hopeless than the last. 

I knew I had to find answers because I refused to keep feeling miserable suffering from PMDD symptoms feeling like a victim in my own body.

1:1 work is a partnership between the client & the practitioner that works toward effectively making a specific lifestyle change in one of the Core Areas of Hormone Health. PMDD Rehab is a directive educational offer that teaches you how to heal & manage PMDD with evidence-based integrative medicine protocols.

Because 1:1 packages are personalized to your needs they vary in price. 

Each session is a bit different and builds on the last.

Together we will analyze your symptoms, make a plan (protocol), design a personalized supplement regimen, work on your mindset, regulate your nervous system, implement nutritional therapy techniques, and more. 

Investing in yourself may be something you’ve never done and that can feel extreme or frivolous but I encourage you to ask yourself what these symptoms are costing you. Are they costing you relationships, the chance of reaching your goals, or days or weeks of your life? Does the cost of the symptoms outweigh the cost of you investing in a change? Read my many client testimonials to confirm that this protocol works.

Have you ever been taught skills & tools for symptom management? This protocol is a PMDD-specific root cause approach to symptoms. Throwing non-evidence-based solutions at a hormonal mood disorder without cycle awareness, body literacy, systematic/consistent lifestyle + diet changes & a PMDD-specific targeted approach is unlikely to provide real relief. You also have access to discounted functional labs to identify underlying imbalances that may be perpetuating your symptoms. 

 

I suggest scheduling your first session during your menstrual or follicular phases as making behavior change & building new habits is much more challenging in the luteal phase.
