PMDD affects 5-8% of menstruating women, but it takes an average of 20 YEARS to get properly diagnosed.

That’s 20 years of being told “it’s just hormones” or “it’s all in your head.”

PMDD is a hormone-based mood disorder that creates severe emotional, mental, and physical symptoms during your luteal phase.

It’s not PMS on steroids—it’s a legitimate medical condition that can make you feel like a stranger in your own skin.

If you’re:

💔Dreading half your month
💔Planning your life around your cycle
💔Feeling like two completely different people
💔 Apologizing constantly for how you feel

...then it’s time to get curious, not dismissive.

You deserve answers. You deserve support. You deserve to feel like yourself again.

Ready to learn more about PMDD and how to advocate for yourself?

I spent years trying to out-research my symptoms… 💻

Bought the supplements.

Took the Reddit advice.

Spent $1,000s trying to solve a problem I didn’t even fully understand yet.

The truth? DIY-ing it cost me more than money.

It cost me time, energy, and pieces of my life I can’t get back.

I’d feel a little better… then crash.

Start over with new supplements… then crash again.

And every time, I thought maybe it was just me.

Maybe I was doing it wrong. Maybe I was broken.

I wasn’t.

I was just missing a plan — one that actually looked at my whole symptom picture, not just the next “miracle” on my feed.

If you’re stuck in this cycle, I want you to know it’s not your fault (and there’s a way out!!)

In my Intro Session, we’ll go through your full symptom assessment, connect the dots, and explore what your body’s really asking for.

Drop INTRO in the comments or message me if you’re ready to step out of the cycle and into something that finally makes sense.

For a long time, I thought my PMDD symptoms were just part of the deal.

I assumed I had bad luck, bad genes, or just a broken brain.

But what I didn’t realize?

Some of the things I was doing every single day were quietly making everything worse.

☕ Coffee before food
📱 Doomscrolling into the night
🍽 Skipping meals or eating whatever I could grab
😬 Pushing through the bloating and overwhelm because I didn’t think I had a choice

I didn’t know these habits were messing with my hormones, blood sugar, nervous system, and sleep — all things that directly impact PMDD.

The truth is, many of us are unknowingly creating a storm in our bodies before the luteal phase even starts.

But once you understand what your symptoms are trying to tell you, you can start to shift things.

One small change at a time.

And if you’re tired of piecing together tips from strangers on the internet and hoping something sticks, that’s what my 1:1 coaching is for.

We work together to uncover what’s really behind your symptoms, so you can stop guessing and start building something sustainable — with support that actually sees the full picture.

If you’re ready to take that step, just drop INTRO in the comments or message me.

We’ll figure out if this path makes sense for you, and go from there 🫶🏻

The most surprising thing I've learned working with women experiencing PMDD symptoms is: we can endure an incredible amount of individual suffering, but it isn't until that suffering degrades our personal relationships that we are motivated to do something about it.

In PMDD Rehab & 1:1 work we do detailed symptom presentation & severity data collection & monitoring as we implement protocols.

Over & over you are in shock at the confirmation & validation of "how things really are" once we see them on paper.

I have heard you say again & again: I can tolerate the debilitating physical symptoms, it's the psychological symptoms & their impact on my relationship that I cannot accept.

These psychological symptoms often lead to monthly, predictable conflicts or breakups in partner relationships.

This was me.. Every month, like clockwork, I'd become completely dissatisfied with my relationship, & convinced by my sudden disinterest, I would end things or find a way to sabotage the relationship in some dramatic & completely disrespectful way.

This happened repeatedly for 2 decades & resulted in layers of trauma for the people I loved most & myself.

👉The 1st step in changing this experience is determining your symptom pattern. (Comment MAP for our free kit)

👉The 2nd step is learning to reduce your symptoms + learning tools to better manage PMDD symptoms.

👉The 3rd step is to improve your relationship with yourself.

👉The 4th step is learning tools to improve your intimate relationship (we have a Partner Workbook for that).

I teach you this process (& much more) in PMDD Rehab but if you are not ready to fully address your symptoms, start the steps I just listed.

I'm here if you're looking for help.

Have you noticed that right before your period you become extremely dissatisfied with your life?

For some it’s their relationship, other’s their job.

The truth is…

It’s not just mood swings.

It’s an entire identity shift, and it always seems to hit just when life starts to feel manageable again.

By the time we realize we’re in it, it’s too late to stop the spiral.

So we brace. Apologize. Recover. And swear we’ll figure it out next month.

But then the fog lifts… and we forget.

Until it happens again.

✨ If this sounds familiar, here’s what I want you to know:

You don’t need to white-knuckle your way through another cycle.

You need clarity.

You need a real understanding of what’s driving your symptoms — not more guessing.

If you’re ready to get out of reaction mode and into a plan that actually makes sense for your body, I’d love to help.

I offer a 45-minute Introductory Session where we walk through your full symptom assessment and identify your top drivers — the ones keeping you stuck in this monthly loop.

Drop INTRO in the comments or DM me and I’ll send the link your way 👇🏻

Do you feel like you’re doing everything to take care of yourself… but it’s still not working?

Same.

For years, I confused distraction for rest.

I thought lying on the couch with Netflix meant I was recharging.

But inside?

I still felt wired.

Tense.

Exhausted.

Unchanged.

Here’s what I’ve learned—especially through PMDD:
 💭 Distraction soothes your surface.
 🫀 Rest touches your roots.
And PMDD? It lives in the roots.
If you’re trying to heal, manage symptoms, or just get through the day, this distinction matters. A lot.
🌀 In this week’s PMDD Pep Talk podcast, I walk you through:
* How to tell the difference in the moment

* Why distraction isn’t “bad”—but why it can leave you stuck

* How to access real rest in small, doable ways (yes, even in chaos)

Do you feel like you’re doing everything to take care of yourself… but it’s still not working?

Same.

For years, I confused distraction for rest.

Tense.

Exhausted.

Unchanged.

Here’s what I’ve learned—especially through PMDD:
 💭 Distraction soothes your surface.
 🫀 Rest touches your roots.
And PMDD? It lives in the roots.
