Hi, it’s me…Jes! I’m the Practitioner behind Her Mood Mentor.

I created Her Mood Mentor because for 17 years I suffered from debilitating PMDD symptoms like mood swings, depression, irritability, and rage for 2 weeks out of every month.

My symptoms were affecting every area of my life- jobs, friendships, romantic relationships, you name it. I’d feel great 2 weeks out of the month, and then the other 2 weeks I’d feel stuck with symptoms.

My symptoms were holding me back from living the life I wanted, so I took it upon myself to learn about my body & find relief.

Now, I help other menstruators find relief from their symptoms so they can stop with the band-aid fixes and get lasting relief.

Lately From the Blog

Hear from my students:

I came to Jes's course and coaching desperately to do anything to rid myself of PMDD. Not only did I learn practical tools and strategies I could easily implement into my life, but within a month I lessened the length of time I spent in PMDD from 16 to 7 and that number keeps getting smaller. I can now say that I have made peace with PMDD and even enjoy the process of taking the steps to manage PMDD and have a whole new respect for my body and how I treat it. Jes's coaching is so supportive and her course so informative. I recommend this to anyone trying to manage PMDD. You will get your life back - it's so worth it!!!

Did you know? Micronutrient deficiencies can be causing or perpetuating cycle symptoms. If you’ve taken hormonal birth control you are more at risk for micronutrient deficiencies. I’ve created the PMS & PMDD supplement directory to help you reduce symptoms so you can start finding relief.
